We decided upon the Christmas Carnival theme because it perfectly encapsulates the essence of "Create and Unite": creativity, collaboration, and social responsibility. It helped us execute aspects like stall management, teamwork, business planning, and community engagement. From actually setting up food and game stalls to budgeting and marketing the event, almost everything that depicted entrepreneurship and teamwork.

However, there were challenges. This journey was bound by coordination among diverse groups, with limited time available, and having to resolve last-minute issues which tested our organizational skills, with emphasis on important learning regarding adaptation, communication, and solving problems.

​This project truly reinforced how collective effort can create something meaningful. By uniting for a shared purpose, we not only fostered a sense of community but also made a positive social impact, as all proceeds from the carnival were donated to charity. It truly exemplified the theme, "Create and Unite."
