Students conducted a market survey to scan the environment, collect primary data on market trends, and gather customer satisfaction and employee feedback, in order to understand the dynamics of the business environment. They prepared questionnaires for the owners and the customers which helped in the preparation of feasibility reports such as Technical Feasibility, Economic Feasibility, Financial Feasibility on the basis of which startups are planned.


Key Findings

Based on the survey, students observed several market trends, including increasing preference for online shopping over traditional retail, brand consciousness influencing purchasing decisions (especially among young consumers), price sensitivity playing a crucial role in product selection and the impact of advertisements and social media in shaping consumer behavior.
 

Learning Outcomes

The survey helped students develop critical analytical skills, data interpretation techniques, and an understanding of market research processes. It also enhanced their teamwork and communication skills, preparing them for future business endeavours .
