Big Business in Kolkata

Interviewing big businesses established in Kolkata provides valuable insights into the city's economic landscape and corporate culture. While completing the project, the main area of focus was on a few factors like Business Strategies, which dealt with understanding how these companies adapt to local market conditions and leverage. We also explored the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives undertaken by the companies for the betterment of the society and how the environment of the business supports the idea of ‘Create and Unite’.

Kolkata serves as a strategic location due to its rich cultural heritage, skilled workforce, and improving infrastructure. The city's emphasis on sectors like IT, manufacturing, and logistics makes it an attractive destination for both domestic and international companies. By focusing on these aspects during interviews, we were able to gather comprehensive information that highlights the role of big businesses in shaping Kolkata's economy.  To conclude, this project was an enriching experience for us that personally helped us grow and evolve, while interacting with professionals from different sectors of the economy.
